I bought a MTB bike Hero Sprint Howler from Janata Enterprises last month and I liked the product very much. From last month, I rode almost 500 to 600 kms and the product is really smoothly working without any error. The owner and staff behaviour is really good and I got my first service free of cost... Overall I am satisfied to buy a bicycle from here

I have given 2 cycles for servicing. It is done with in time with minimal cost. Very happy with service provided by M/s Janata is very good. Staff member and owner are also good. Please keep it up. :)

I bought my cycle [ Belleza 26 T] a month ago and I'm genuinely happy with the purchase. The place has wide variety of cycles ranging from lower to higher prices. You'll get to explore more brands and options according to your needs. They have all kinds be it electric, road, mountain, hybrid bikes. The owner and the staff, they are very kind, polite and helpful. They'll help you to choose your perfect ride. After purchase, service is reliable. If you're thinking about buying a new cycle, I recommend this place.

Yesterday only I brought bicycle from this store. Actually their service is good. Staffs are knowledgeable enough to guide if u are a confused about your need. Coming back to bicycle quality, it is very good and satisfactory service is provided. Rate is very reasonable as it should be actually. Only reason that I am cutting one star from 5 Star because I am having problem while changing gears. Gears are not smooth while changing because they did not put lubricant in the gears that is why I am cutting one star. This review, i am writing after riding 60 KM. One thing they said that they focus more on their after service rather than only new customers, that is what I liked most, maintaining good relationship with their existing customer. I will update the review and post after getting more experience on cycling and their service. Overall satisfied till now and hoping for the same in future. I am updating my review exactly after 21 days of extensive usage or can say after riding about 1000 KM. got my bicycle serviced from this store which is free of cost for first time within 30 days of your buying. They were very polite this time as they were at the time of buying new cycle from their store. Earlier i gave them 4 star but now i have updated it to 5 star because their after buying relation with the customer is such that u yourself feel to do so every time u visit their store. After servicing i am finding my cycle working more smoothly as compared to new cycle at the starting. really liking my cycle a lot and their service. i will keep updating my review after every visit to the store.
